Skilled Worker Overseas Stream

Skilled Workers Overseas pathway mandates that the applicant goes through a point system to assess the applicant accurately. These applications are received from skilled foreign workers with strong ties to the province of Manitoba. Through family or friends, previous education, previous employment experience in Manitoba, or through an invitation from the MPNP. In each of the above circumstances, the applicant must also have at least 60 points according to the five selection criteria of age, language skills, work experience, education, and adaptability. • Manitoba Express Entry Pathway

• Human Capital Pathway 

Manitoba Express Entry Pathway allows the candidates with an express profile to apply for a provincial nomination for Manitoba immigration. For this, they must meet all the requirements for the Express Entry program and have an Express Entry profile. The Human Capital Pathway is for skilled immigrants with work experience in one of Manitoba’s in-demand occupations.

International Education Stream

The International education stream is for students graduating from Manitoba, it aims to provide a faster pathway to Permanent residence.

• Career Employment Pathway: This pathway is a quicker selection pathway for International graduates who have long term employment in an in-demand occupation. 

Business Investor Stream

This category belongs to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This category aims at qualified and experienced international business investors and entrepreneurs for Manitoba immigration. Under this stream, candidates can initially obtain a temporary work permit and establish or purchase a business within two years.

• Entrepreneur Pathway:  The Entrepreneur Pathway allows the Manitoba province to recruit and nominate eligible foreign entrepreneurs who can buy or co-own an existing business with a temporary work permit within the first two years of arriving in the province.

• Farm Investor Pathway: The Manitoba Farm Investor Pathway provides a way to obtain permanent residence for foreign investors and entrepreneurs who wish to start and purchase a farming business in the province.
